Fedex. I didn’t find out that the cage had been damage it was about six months
later. I called them and spoke to the manager and they were very helpful to me
in getting me the parts replaced. The whole time took them about two weeks to
make the cage correct. Since then I refer all my clients to them and have not
received one complaint from them. I am very happy with them and look to do

I just wanted to let you know that we received
the replacement cage and were able to put it together this weekend (our first
weekend home together in a while). It went together like a charm! None of the
parts were damaged at all, all the items were there and fit together perfectly,
and the cage latches are better quality than those on the previous cage. I trust
them better, as our parrot learned to escape from the previous cage
already.
Given the problems we had with the first cage, I was seriously
considering not buying anything from Custom Cages ever again, but you ladies
came through for us, and I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate that. I
will have no qualms about referring my friends to you, because I know that if
they have a problem, CC will make it right.
