Shipping, handling, and crating of Majestic Enclosures must be quoted for all orders. Please call for a quote.
Majestic Enclosures arrive in 25-30 business days in most cases. Expedited Priority Shipping may be requested for an extra fee and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Each unit is custom-built one at a time, so expedited order availability depends on our current workload.
Suncatcher Enclosures
Shipping, handling, and crating of Suncatcher Enclosures must be quoted for all orders. Please call us for a quote.
Standard Lead Times:
Black Jewel cage with Black / Steel or Wire Roof: Standard color (Black Jewel) Suncatcher or SunCATcher Enclosures arrive at your door in 20-25 business days in most cases.
Priority and Rush Lead Times:
Faster lead times may be available for an extra charge for Suncatcher enclosures depending on our current workload and inventory levels and can be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Factors that may contribute to additional lead time for Suncatcher Enclosures:
Because we are a custom, build-to-order manufacturer, certain options may contribute to longer-than-expected lead times. Here are some options and their general effect on lead times:
Stainless Steel Roofs: An enclosure with a stainless steel roof will typically add 5-10 business days to the standard 20-25 business day lead time.
Custom Color: Custom colors typically add 10-15 business days to the standard lead time.
Extra Large Enclosures: Enclosures >250 cubic feet (height x length x depth) may require additional fabrication time and may add to the lead time. We will evaluate this case by case based on our current parts inventory and workload. Typically, this will add 10-15 days to our standard 20-25 business day lead time.
Rectangular Shaped Enclosures: Because our rectangular enclosures are available in so many sizes, it can add to the lead time. Our round/polygon shapes typically have shorter lead times because they have more common parts that we inventory in advance. Because there are so many possible rectangular enclosure sizes, many are built from scratch, one at a time, which adds time for fabrication, powder coating, and other factors. We estimate 10-15 business days in addition to the 20-25 standard business day lead time for most rectangular shapes.
Hybrid Enclosures & Accessory Only Orders
Standard: Arrives in 20-25 business days in most cases.
Priority: Arrives in 10-15 business days in most cases.
Rush: Arrives in 4-8 business days in most cases.
Some exceptions may apply to rates on our shipping and handling table. Rates are good for contiguous U.S. only. For areas outside this region, please call for a quote. WI residents, add 5% Sales Tax.
Note: Lead times shown are estimates only but are accurate in most cases. If you place an order after noon Central Time, lead time will start the following day. An order is considered placed once payment in full clears. Lead times for orders containing only accessories are much quicker than indicated for cage setups. Shipping and handling is not refunded under any circumstance. We will not issue a refund if delivery is attempted and nobody receives the package.
Free Shipping Policy (When Advertised/Applicable)
Applies to any free shipping product, including Ultimate Packages and any other free shipping promotion.
Free shipping is only included within the lower 48 United States. Additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders. Please call for a quote.
If the shipping and handling exceeds 15% of the cost of the unit ordered for any shipment, additional charges may apply. We will notify the customer of a new total before shipment for approval.
Free delivery does not include lift gate and unloading service, extra handling, or remote delivery charges. If items ship via freight, the customer must have items delivered to a location with a loading dock, or be at the delivery location at the time of shipment to unload the truck by hand. An extra charge applies if lift gate service is required, plus any additional unloading or remote delivery charges. If lift gate or unloading, or remote delivery service is not paid for at the time of purchase, and the shipping company retroactively charges Custom Cages for these charges, the customer authorizes Custom Cages to charge the customer’s credit card or invoice them for these additional charges. Lift gate and unloading service includes curbside delivery and does not include moving products inside the customer’s house or location under any circumstances.
Safety catches include free shipping only when purchased with a cage. If safety catches are ordered separately, packaging and freight will apply and be quoted on a per-item basis. Custom Cages’ regular shipping and handling rates do not apply because these are oversized freight items.
Custom Cages’ regular shipping and handling rates apply to accessory items ordered with Suncatcher enclosures (except safety catches).
If items are returned, shipping and handling costs incurred to ship the products to the customer will be deducted from the total dollar amount of the refund. Shipping and handling for returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. See our full Return Policy for details.
